Guardian Intensive Outpatient Treatment

It’s hard to explain how much of a gift Guardian was for me. I never thought I’d ever walk into a mental health IOP, but my depression was equally as unexpected. My resistance to group therapy disappeared faster than I expected, because Guardian made me feel understood. Guardian pulled me out of waters I was close to drowning in. Their program kept me accountable, taught me things I didn’t even realize I needed, and gave me tools that allowed me to find myself again. They helped me open up about things I had buried without realizing, and they saw strength in me at a time when I couldn’t see any in myself. Every therapist, counselor, and staff member made me feel safe, validated, and genuinely cared for in a way I’ll never forget. They became the support system I didn’t even realize I needed. If anyone needs help, needs strength, needs Hope.. give yourself the gift of Guardian. I dove in headfirst, let go of judgment for myself, and soaked in everything they offered. And because of that, I’m standing where I am today. Guardian - a name that truly reflects what this program has been for me. A place I know, if need be, I can always return to, to find my way. IOP made me accountable. It educational and the staff was nice but needed a little more experience. Which I sure they have by now. If you drive parking is tough. There might be a lot you can get a voucher for

I called guardian recovery at around 8 at night, they were very attentive and eating get me right to pine tree detox. (They even offered to uber me there.) once I got there I couldn’t have had a better experience, detox wasn’t fun, but the techs and nursing staff made it go as smoothly as possible. Upstairs at pine trees 28 day Residential program was just what I needed, I felt comfortable and supported my whole stay. Would definitely recommend 1000%

I can’t recommend this group enough. If I could get everyone in my life to go, I would because I’m 100% sure it would a positive change in their lives. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. You will find a supportive community ready and willing to help with you anything they can. The councelors are empathetic, knowledgeable and keep you accountable. They’re the bomb!
