I have been to a number of rehabs prior to coming to the Extra Mile. The Extra Mile is the first rehab in which I was required to do the 12 steps. All other rehabs focused nearly exclusively on psychology and wellness, and for me, this was not enough. The Extra Mile staff and therapists truly do care. With psychiatric care (which was very much needed) and working the twelve steps, I received the best possible start for my recovery. I would recommend the Extra Mile to anyone suffering from addiction. It definitely set me up for success recovery upon leaving. I could not recommend highly enough.

The staff at the Extra Mile are very experienced, professional, and skilled at helping those who suffer from addictions and mental health disorders. From the owner, to the director, to the counselors, nurse, chef, and CA's who work there, I cant say enough kind things about them. They truly care about their clients and do everything in their power to help them. Without them I would still be a hopeless, broken addict in St. Louis. It's because of them that I am now 102 days clean and living a healthy, sustainable life of recovery in Mississippi. I owe it all to them.
