The staff genuinely wants to help people heal, and the entire organization is run with heart and purpose. A special shoutout to their marketing leader, Alyssa Shapper. Her dedication, creativity, and passion for this organization truly shine through. You can tell she works hard to make sure Arista’s mission reaches the people who need it most. She’s doing incredible work, and it makes a real difference in how the community sees and trusts this place. I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the building was — it’s clear that the team takes pride in providing a welcoming, respectful environment for clients and their families. The staff here are not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely care about the people they serve. You can tell they’re well-trained and deeply committed to helping individuals through what are often very difficult times. The admissions process was handled with compassion and professionalism. The team made things as smooth and stress-free as possible, taking the time to listen and offer support without judgment. I also learned that the facility is under new ownership, and the changes seem to be making a real difference. There’s a fresh sense of direction and purpose throughout the organization that’s very encouraging. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone seeking behavioral health services — whether for themselves or a loved one. The people, the place, and the care provided are all top-notch.
