Empowered Recovery Center

Words cannot express my gratitude for the staff at Empowered Recovery Center. The last 6 months was a world of discoveries, learning more about my depression and anxiety which resulted in stress drinking. Alcohol has had a negative impact on my life, which caused additional issues such as health and legal troubles. I am proud of the hard work, dedication, commitment and discipline I exercised to complete this program. I truly enjoyed my one-on-one weekly therapy session with my therapist Shivali! She challenged me each week and allowed me to see things from a different perspective. My biggest takeaway was learning that I operate from a place of avoidance. I learned how to address situations directly, eliminating the need to avoid, while giving grace, patience and understanding. I also enjoyed the group sessions led by Al, Michael, Dylan and Daniel. These group sessions were well planned, engaging, interactive and impactful. I enjoyed most, Dylan’s group sessions, mostly due to our creative mindset and his ability to use music as therapy as a breaking point in my recovery. Al is such a happy individual and is all about recovery. He will really challenge your way of thinking about recovery and always remind you of the importance of staying committed. Daniel’s session is so rooted in a spiritual connection (your higher power) while incorporating material that connects you to the rooted source of your addiction. Daniel has helped me make great progress with issues related to my family. My man Michael is such a cool guy! He thinks his BMW is cooler than mine but what does a 2 door have less than 4 LOL! Corny…..probably made more sense in my head than out! However Michael really gets to the point, he is a straight shooter and puts recovery smack dead into your face! I appreciate his approach, because it is direct but caring. He’s like the genie in a bottle, but there is only 1 wish…Staying Sober! I can go on and on about everyone here at Empowered but one thing they all have in common is they are all committed to your recovery! Lastly, I am so pleased and honored to be among such a diverse group of people who are also on their recovery journey. I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge from my peers and what I value most is our differences. Our differences make us different, but we are alike, and I could not have asked for a better family! This place is full of love; true support and you will succeed! Just remember to show up, surrender daily and take one day at a time! Savage!

I got a lot out of going to and graduating from their program. I wasn't too happy with the direction I was going in life when I arrived at Empowered. It was an adjustment at first, fitting the program with work, family and everything else, but it really helped me change some of my perspectives and approaches to life. I am really grateful and appreciative of my time there and the people I met. I am still in touch with quite a few people since I graduated. Empowered has a really good group of core people running the facility and I would and have recommended it to anyone struggling with mental health and substance abuse. I wish everyone at empowered the very best and hope to see some of you all at Alumni!

I can’t say enough about how Empowered Recovery Center has changed my life. All of the staff really care about the patients. I feel like I gained a family there. From sound baths, to intensive therapy sessions , and yoga, this facility provides many lessons and forms to cope and heal from your addiction. The owner, Forrest, is so kind and really understanding. The director, Autumn, is amazing as a leader and therapist! The recruiter, Dylan, is the best and most relatable person I have ever met. If you attend any of his classes, they are guaranteed to change your life. They also offer night classes if you work during the day from 6-9 pm. The facilitator, AL, is always going to be raw and real with providing tough love and honesty. I can’t say enough about all of the knowledge that I gained and lifetime friends I have made here. Give them a call ASAP, it could save your life!

You can feel that this place was built with heart. Empowered sets the standard for what recovery can look like when people are truly seen, supported, and empowered. Highly recommended for anyone ready to take that next step. It was certainly the best decision I’ve ever made.

Empowered Recovery Center truly changed my life. After leaving rehab, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was hesitant on even doing any sort of aftercare, but from the moment I arrived, I felt supported, understood, and cared for. The structure, the accountability, and the community made all the difference in my ongoing recovery. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it was a safe space to grow, heal, and rebuild. The staff is phenomenal some of the best people I have met, they genuinely care and create an environment that encourages progress and self-respect. I can honestly say that Empowered played a huge role in where I am today, and I’m deeply grateful for that. If you’re serious about your recovery, this is the place to be - hands down, no doubt about it!
