Elevate was a great experience for me. The staff was friendly and really took the time to make you feel comfortable, especially Craig. The curriculum was amazing and really taught me the necessary tools that I need to live a happy fulfilled life. Dana set the foundation of the program and did a great job. Jeremy was so instrumental for me as he provided openness, which allowed me to really see my inner self in a new way. I met some wonderful clients there and felt a sense of calm knowing that others knew what I was going through as they were also dealing with similar issues . The chefs prepared fresh, delicious food daily. They also met any food restrictions that you may have. I had two disappointments in regards to the dingy room that I stayed in. It clearly did not match the website description and photos. Also disappointing was that in the 6 weeks I was there, I only saw my counselor 4 times.
With all of that being said, it truly was a wonderful experience overall and I would highly recommend the program to others.
I have been blown away by the recovery that my friend, Craig, has experienced through this program. As a counselor, I am pleased to see him understanding himself and growing and healing in ways that I believe can lead to total lifelong sobriety. I have seen him struggle after several other programs sent him back into the world. This time, he is clear, empowered, and facing the genuine underlying causes of his addiction. The support that this program has offered has enabled him to truly break free. I’m grateful for this program not just for my friend, but for anyone who enters.
This program is absolutely amazing. My family was very concerned of sending our loved one, away under strangers' care. We were so pleased to discover that any and all concerns were misplaced. The staff was amazing every step away, from helping convince our struggling family member to commit, through the detox process, to the transition of physical and mental rehabilitation, continuing support to post-program completion. They were consistently transparent and maintained communication with my family throughout the program. They answered every question that we had and addressed every concern that came up with great detail. My family member returned a changed person, with a renewed enthusiasm for self-improvement. It is clear to me that the patients at Elevate are treated with compassion and respect. The staff is clearly very dedicated to and passionate of their work. If the addiction problem ever arises again in my family, I will absolutely send them to Elevate. They have my wholehearted recommendation and I cannot thank the staff enough for the gift they have provided to me and my family.
Elevate Addiction Services saved my life. I have been to two different rehabs that taught me a lot about drug addiction. Elevate educated me on drug addiction and at the same time taught me to identify what manifested my addiction and how to deal with my emotions, communicate with others, the importance of eating correctly, physical fitness and most of all everything that comes with being mindful.
