What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
Eaglecrest was such an amazing experience. I have been to numerous facilities and this was by far the best! The atmosphere is extremely inviting. Group classes were great and my peers were super supportive. The staff was compassionate & loving. It was extremely helpful to know that many of the staff have been where the clients have been...so they get it! Danny, Catt A, Jody, Cat P, Cynde, & Alexis all went above and beyond. There was a few times I didn't think I could continue and Danny stepped up to help me power through it. Kim, Jamie, & Kira are phenomenal. Each one of them truly care about the clients and make sure everyone's needs are met. Super relatable. I will forever be grateful for Eaglecrest and cannot wait to do things with the Alumni. If you are struggling, I definitely recommend seeking treatment through Eaglecrest...they will love on you until you learn to love yourself!!!
I've been to many different rehabs... and eagle crest is top 3 best ive ever experienced.Michelle with case management, alleviated any and all stress in regards to Tansitioning to the next phase. Rhonda may was ALWAYS smiling and taking care of the clients. Cole made us laugh and was always checking on us. Patrick and Megan are some of the best counselors/people I've ever met and they are definitely not there for the money. They are there because they care about the clients. I loved the experience and it had changed my life!!!!! I recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling with addiction and they want a better life
My experience at EagleCrest has been nothing short of life-changing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely supported and cared for. They go above and beyond to ensure each person has the best possible chance at lasting recovery. I was provided with all the tools I needed to build a strong foundation for sobriety, and I chose to continue my journey with their outpatient program because of how impactful the experience was. EagleCrest isn’t just a treatment center—it feels like family. I’m forever grateful to the amazing team here. They truly saved my life.
Don't let them lie to you!
The staff at Eagle Crest are the most genuine thoughtful caring loving giving hopeful patient kind respectful people I've ever met my life. They open their doors with love they talk to you with respect they understand where you are where you been because they're all addicts to there's only one percent of them that have actually grew up with people like us addicts. The ones that had to grow up like us watched it every day of their life they don't know what it's like to be an addict but they sure do know what it's like to grow up with one. Which can help the families of the ones that are the addicts to be able to understand how to cope with having a child addict a friend addict a mother addict a father addict a grandma addict a grandpa addict cousin's brother's sisters it don't matter they understand and they can help so don't shun the ones away that have never been in our position because they can help the ones in your life that have never been in our positions to. Now for the ones that are the addicts that work up there that have changed their lives they can help us the ones that live the life that they once lived. They are so caring they are so genuine to the fact of whenever they talk to you they don't tell you what to do they merely help you through what you're going through a shoulder to cry on they're a friend to talk to there's somebody there that will just make you feel like you're not alone in this world because that's the worst feeling in the world is to feeling that you're not heard you're not seeing you're not loved you're not wanted because I promise you are all of those things it's just the lies that we tell ourselves the lies that we believe but they're not true. Uses addicts we have such deep regrets and remorse in agony agony is one of the best words I can describe my pain that I feel for myself hate I hate myself for what I've done for what I do but I don't have to hate myself no more I forgive myself they taught me that forgiveness is one of the first steps to loving yourself and you can't love anybody without loving yourself and we're all so beautiful inside I promise everyone of You are so beautiful and the staff at Eagle Crest they make you feel beautiful they make you feel loved and wanted and heard they make you want a better yourself because shit if they can do it we can do it. They gave me my smile back I haven't smiled and probably 20 years they gave me my smile back. I left and I came back and one of my friends that is a resident up there told them if I came back high that I deserved to come back high I deserve to be high for everything that I have had to go through in my life that if anybody in this world deserves to be high and don't have to feel that pain I am that one. But I came back sober and I did it and they showed me that I am loved and that I am forgiven. And now you can't take my joy from me you can't take my smile from me and I was only there 19 days 19 days they gave me my smile back and I've been trying to get sober for the last 20 years and I finally get it and I finally got it. One of my friends said why do you keep going to rehab why do you keep going and wasting all their time and all your time because you never stay you always leave so what's the point? I said I'll tell you why I keep going back I keep going back because one of these days I'll get it one of these days I will get it and when I get it you'll be the first ones now until then I will keep going back because that's what it's there for.So this time that I went back I got it and you can too. Remember your feelings are only for a moment your decision is for a lifetime. To the staff at eaglecrest I love you guys you're so amazing you have put a smile on my face that I never want to lose. Thank you you can't fathom my gratitude I am truly blessed and thanks for everything do the best!!!
