When I realized I needed addiction treatment, I found myself at EagleCrest! From the minute I walked in the door I felt nothing but love and care. The camaraderie this place has for its clients is profound. The staff alone are so knowledgeable in their field and if you had questions, they have the answers. From Detox through treatment the 28 day program sets the road to recovery in a very rewarding way. When detox is completed, you were taken to one of two treatment properties, which are amazing. EagleCrest is very accommodating in just about every aspect of recovery. You truly feel like family. As I completed my program, it was hard to even want to leave because I grew fond of the people that I was in treatment with along with the staff. I will tell you one thing you will never run out of food as they make sure there is something to eat and plenty of snacks throughout the day. If I ever know somebody that is looking for treatment, this is the place I would recommend. Because of EagleCrest, I am 29 days sober today off of a heavy alcohol addiction. They gave me the tools to succeed, and I owe them more than just a thank you. My daughter decided she needed treatment and I found this facility. Best decision we made. They were great from the first phone call, during admission and detox and all through her entire stay. She had great counselors and case managers willing to help in everyway. The facility was 3 1/2 hours from our city and very well worth the distance.

Eagle Crest has been an impactful experience in my life. There is nothing bad to say besides the employees are over worked, but that’s because they care about us, the clients, wellbeing. From Meagan and Rachel making sure I eat in detox. During residential Geneva would be checking in on me during the day to Mary making sure I was good for the night. Even Jess (redhead) provided counseling when phone calls got bad. But the person who made true impact in my stay there and afterwards was Debbie, she puts up a front for being mean but that lady is the sweetest and caring lady there is. Recovery doesn’t happen in a month. I decided IOP would help enforce the skills I learned at residential recovery. I had the best teacher/counselor ever. Yvonne help us process our emotions as well as giving us different methods to control our emotions and urges. She gave us practice scenarios and make us work through them, while addressing our emotions, urges, physical changes. Yvonne was just a plethora of information. Shelley was my case manager/counselor and she did an amazing job helping process various events in my life and what emotions provoke the negative thinking. She is a wonderful listener and gives advices that are coping methods. She will even pick up your phone call randomly when you are going through a crisis and need to process the information ( sorry Shelley for calling u so much). IOP was the best decision I ever made. By far the best piece of the puzzle is the staff dynamic. From the Clinical director to the transport staff, you won’t find anyone that cares more about their clients. They prepare you for everything life will throw at you, plus they have a peer support network and Intensive Outpatient when you’re ready to leave…RECOVER OUT-LOUD!

Coming from a parents perspective this place is hands down the best treatment center my son has ever been to! Everyone from the Administration, nurses, staff members etc. they make sure that not only the client is very well taken care of but the family is involved as well.! I have never had the treatment I personally received from any treatment Center, my son has ever been in. I highly recommend Eaglecrest to anyone looking for a true, loving and involved place for their loved one to receive help!!
