What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
Never in my life have I encountered such encouragement to succeed and support needed to do so, as well as genuine concern for my well being from an entire staff across-the-board. From the counselors to the med staff, I was shown compassion, love, and even given the desire to begin my journey into self-love. When I try to describe my life changing experience here , words fail me because Eagle Crest and their stellar staff far surpassed my expectations beyond belief. Thank you so much to each person I encountered during my stay. I would love to name drop but will respect the privacy of the fabulous people who work there ❤️
Many MANY thanks to Eagle Crest!! A little over a year and a half clean today 🙌 the staff are so supportive and welcoming they were nothing but great the entire time I was there. Through detox they waited on me hand and foot going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! 🥹… my memories of eagle crest will forever be in my testimony.. thank you Jesus for sending me on the path through eagle crest!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!
This was my first rehab ever and I hit the jackpot! This place isn’t just beautiful but so are the staff! I feel like a different person than I was when I walked in those those doors 28 days later. I feel like I understand better what I was going through and for once I am excited to see what life hold for me. From Sara teaching groups and pushing us to dig deep and be honest with ourselves then Cole and John always listening to each client when they see us struggling, everyone is so easy to talk to and do not judge us for our past. They were extremely easy to talk to which is amazing when it’s something I personal have struggled with in the past. I am so thanks for ECR and the amazing staff that works there. I’m so lucky to have been able to grow in a place like this!
This place, save my life wonderful staff. They really show that they care about you. They go above and beyond they have catered food brought in the place is truly amazing the matter where you go whether it be the lake house or their other house it’s just truly wonderful experience all the way around it’s more like a resort While you’re helping yourself help it’s amazing. It’s truly amazing. !!! Thank you guys. I love y’all so much, Dylan
I can't say enough good things about Eagle Crest Recovery! From the staff and peers to the location and clean facility, it was all a 10 in my book!!
I made a bunch of sober, good friends with my group of peers that went through treatment with me and a lot that are doing IOP together. We were there for one another and are keeping in touch!
The staff was amazing. They are caring, funny, helpful, and considerate. I have to really give a shout out to Laura, Patrick, Megan, Bonnie, Geneva, Janie, John, Cole, Michelle, Rachel, Miss Ann, Shelley, Sarah, Annie, Dawn, Pam, Hailey, Miklynn, Jessica, and Kellen! I hope I got everyone! A huge thank you to Audrey! I got really sick there with pneumonia and she insisted that we go to the Rogers Mercy ER instead of Bella Vista which saved me an ambulance ride to be admitted for 3ish days and kept me from having a heart attack! Plus, several staff members checked on me daily to make sure I was feeling better
The facility on the Bentonville campus was cozy, clean, and welcoming! There were always snacks or food to eat. The classes/meetings were informative and helpful to set me on my path to recovery. Plus, there were always activities to do or the ability to relax during our off hours! I liked our outings and really enjoyed the AA meetings we attended.
I liked the much needed help in my recovery process that I received at Eagle Crest and would definitely recommend this recovery program to anyone dealing with alcohol or addiction!
Rock on Eagle Crest Recovery!!
