What Our Patients Say About Us

This place is wonderful. It's almost completely recovered addicts helping other addicts. The staff here saved my life and many of them feel like family to me now. If I needed to get my own children help, this is where I would try take them. Everyone here is working hard to help people get their lives back.

Frater Jason

Nothing but great things to say about crossroads, it's a great program and saves many lives. Donna was working the front, she welcomed me, made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The staff upstairs is great too, they will certainly hold you accountable and that is a part of recovery. They are extremely respectful and treat us as equals. Thank you crossroads for saving my life and giving me another chance!!!!!!

Cheryl Deboves

All these people complaining about wait tines should be happy. You wait because they are busy helping people get clean and trying to save YOUR life and other people's and have an abundance of people trying to do so so stop complaining that you or a loved one had to wait to get in and give credit where credit is due

I needed to get back on my feet, after being incarcerated instead of relapse I choose to further my recovery by re-entering society, and my community thru crossroads of Southern Nevada. Kevin Gall awesome in the recovery community granted my request as I had 20 months of recovery coming in. Allison and her expertise in group therapy, Baily in encouraging calls to my family and sponsor got me back in touch with the foundation I had secured before my mental breakdown and choosing jail over drugs and alcohol. Case managers Joshua, shawndon, helped me in my path to sober living. After leaving koala transitional outpatient center. With my new id, and birth certificate. While coming in I need to mention Scotty was exceptional during my intake process into the RTC program the first step after detox (if using this is mandatory) prior to koala. While at koala Jason Billings a great peer support specialist, and Donna very interactive and stern on recovery sense: the demand for no nonsense programming for best results in the recovery community. Others I will mention kitchen staff at crossroads, Jay starr, pharmacy staff, Billie,Jason, Paul,,"Fred", Henrietta, Cassandra,Caesar,Joe,Kelsey, chelsea, Jonathan, Paul(unit bht), all who I did not mention also were the reason I'm at where I am today asking with a few simple suggestions from my sponsor, and doing the will of my higher power. Thank you crossroads looking forward to working with you in the future; after reading my bachelor's in human services concentrating in addiction, leading into my PhD/SD in psychology.

Behavior Health Tech SHONTEL is an absolute god send to everybody at crossroads staff and clients. Never in my life have I met such a pure warm hearted, compassionate human being. She went above and beyond and showed love to every person going thru detox. She may not think so but she absolutely deserves to be recognized. I truly wish nothing but blessings and good things in life for such a good person.

This remarkable institution embodies the very essence of transformative compassion, serving as a sanctuary where individuals who have triumphed over the formidable challenges of addiction now devote themselves to uplifting others still in its grasp. Nearly every member of the staff possesses the invaluable perspective of lived experience, imbuing their work with an authenticity and depth of empathy that cannot be taught. Their unwavering commitment quite literally saved my life, and over time, many of them have come to feel like an extension of my own family. Were my own children ever to require intervention and support, there is no question that this would be the place I would entrust with their care. Here, every effort is purposeful and relentless, driven by a shared mission to restore dignity, rebuild lives, and reignite the spark of hope in those who may have thought it lost forever.
