I’m very happy with how Crest view has treated me and helped me throughout my recovery. The counselors were amazing! Shelly, Tessa and Mario were always amazing throughout class. Same with Nate, Joe, Cassi and Troy. The advice given on mental health and substance abuse is something I’ll be holding onto forever and use. I can’t say thank you enough to the techs that were always sweet and there for you, Tanner, Shannon and Caitlin you guys are the glue that holds everything together. I know there is a lot of different personalities and people come here from all over but you guys always keep your heads high and help everyone that is willing to take it. The staff here is incredible and I’d recommend crest view to any friend that is willing to admit they need help.

I had a transformative experience at Crest View. I am leaving the program with the tools I need to face life on its own terms. Staff members understand the struggle of recovery and are very supportive. After-care coordination was very organized and clear. Special thanks to Troy, Kambree, Reed, Maren, Mario, Joe, Tessa, Shelly, Nate, Cassi, Tanner, Caitlyn, Shannon, Shandra, Alex, and all the staff!

Crestview recovery has been monumental in my recovery phase of my life. Since the moment they picked me up Tanner a BHT tech Made the ride comfortable spoke to me and explained the program Because I was very nervous about coming into the unknown. He made me very relaxing and comfortable and then when I got here, the other text was just as nice and informative. Shandra, Kaitlyn, Shannon, Amber, Alex, Tre, Tanner, CJ, DJ, are all amazing and helpful Techs. Their supervisor Troy is absolutely involved in every aspect of the treatment center and your time here he and everyone else goes above and beyond and always available if needed at anytime. I couldn’t have asked for a better team watching over us and making my stay here and my transition comfortable, Healthy and amazing. The clinical staff was always amazing as well and always had an open door policy along with everyone else in the office. Amanda, Joe, Shelly, Tessa, Nate, and my therapist and clinician Mario was amazing and always made time to understand and talk to me anytime and everytime I needed. Maren the case manager handled any and everything we needed and asked about as well as explaining things we didn’t understand she as well was amazing my entire stay and very informative as well. Cassi as well goes above and beyond her job and will do her absolute best whenever asked or if anything is needed having to do with you and your stay here. Brittany the Director of operations is a lm absolute blessing as well she runs an amazing program and is very supportive and hands on with everything that goes on here as well. Melissa the billing specialist handles all insurance and billing and as well has an open door policy she’s absolutely great .Kambree the nurse is extremely supportive and informative about all meds and goes above and beyond for everyone right along with the Drs. Also Paula handles everything and anything you could want and need as long as it’s a reasonable request she as well is selfless and full of compassion and empathy. Some of these people don’t “have to” be available for you at all times there is a chain of command but everyone of them is selfless and ready to help at any point during your stay here. Nate takes us on hikes every weekend to amazing places and gets you out of the facility. The cookouts the fellowships the meetings, everything is in place for to make you feel comfortable and progress in your recovery. To say this place helped me is an understatement. It’s been monumental in my recovery and had given me a new addiction and that is my recovery in every aspect of my life. Like some places not everyone is happy and not everyone stays when they come but I promise you this if you want to be clean and live a different life this is the place for you and you never have to use again. Thank You to all the staff and the community for changing my outlook on life I will continue to be an alumni and come back and tell my story and even come back to work.
