What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
Our experience with Crestview Recovery Center exceeded every expectation we had. The level of care and compassion shown by the entire staff is truly exceptional. They didn't just focus on our daughter's recovery—they genuinely cared about her as a person, treating her with dignity, respect, and kindness every step of the way.
What impressed us just as much was the support they provided to our family. Addiction affects everyone who loves the person struggling, and the Crestview team understood that. They were there for us throughout the entire process, offering guidance, encouragement, and reassurance far beyond what we ever expected.
Garrett, who helped us through the admissions process, was outstanding. His professionalism, patience, and compassion made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable. He worked with us over an extended period, helping us navigate insurance and ensuring everything was in place so that when our daughter was finally ready to seek treatment, her admission to Crestview was seamless. Garrett also took the time to help me process the emotions that come with having a child battling addiction, offering thoughtful guidance and support that I will never forget.
On the day our daughter arrived, Zoey, her counselor, was remarkable. When our daughter wanted to leave, Zoey met her with empathy, patience, and understanding. Her ability to connect with our daughter and help her choose to stay was nothing short of extraordinary.
The care, thought, and dedication that every person at Crestview Recovery Center puts into helping individuals and their families is beyond measure. We are deeply grateful for the role they have played in our daughter's recovery journey. If you are looking for a recovery center where people truly care, I cannot recommend Crestview Recovery Center highly enough.
We were calling several facilities when I spoke with Garrett who was compassionate, informative and always got right back to us during a very difficult time. They took care of all the paperwork with my son and the counselors and staff have been lovely, caring, positive and supportive. My son also says the food is very good. We are so thankful for Crestview.
My experience at Crestview has been unique. It surpasses any other treatment center I have been to. The houses I stayed in were nice, food was great, But most of all my counselors changed my recovery for the better. I learned skills that I haven’t Gotten into depth with any other recovery atmosphere, and made connections to some of the best people I’ve met in recovery and will continue to recover with indefinitely. The case manager Taylor, helped me to get into a sober house that I couldn’t be happier with and registered my EBT. Thank you, Crestveiw For giving me a new beginning that I feel confident in going forward.
I am the parent of a young adult who just completed RTC, PHP and IOP at Crestview. I was in touch with Ryan Opsahl, the Dir of Outreach, about 9 months before my loved one entered treatment when I was researching recovery programs. Ryan is a compassionate person who answered all of my questions during multiple phone calls over those months. His service level was outstanding - anytime I reached out to him he got back in touch with me right away, and if he did not have the answer to my question he either found it, or directed me to the person who could help. He shared part of his personal journey with me at one point, and that was meaningful, and gave me hope during a very difficult time. He also spent time working with my loved one once they decided to enter treatment, and advocated for them with the staff at Crestview. My loved one told me they thought the therapists were very good and they felt heard. They said they were able to open up in group based on the safe environment that was created. The only thing that could have gone better in my opinion, was the discharge process. Part of the program for me was a weekly call with the case manager for an update on my loved one. The case manager did not get in touch with me the last two weeks before discharge when my loved one was deciding on next steps regarding housing. It would have been beneficial to have a final call at the end with the case manager. Overall, I would say that my loved one received good care at Crestview, which has helped them make meaningful changes, and begin the process of moving forward in a positive and healthy way.
