What Our Patients Say About Us

Very loving and caring staff. Determined to help and provide safety for the struggling addict. I left Canyon Vista with a better outlook on life and they helped give me skills to battle my addiction. I'm very happy to have what I call my "New additional Family" who are supportive even after I left treatment. The last picture is me in active addiction on my way to Canyon Vista

Just left and I MUST say. The staff, and small knit family I encountered there far exceeded my expectations. Literally saved my life. I can’t wait till I hit my 30 days to go to the alumni meetings there! Love and respect every tech, staff, nurse and dr I met!!!

Best recovery center around. Amazing helpful and caring staff. I would absolutely recommend for anyone needing a place to heal and change your life. It has changed mine completely and I have plenty of other recovery centers to compare it to. I don't think 5 stars is enough to rate how great my experience was. I spent a total of 43 days, both detox & residential, and for the first time ever I didn't want to leave. It feels like home, the beds are amazing, the vibe is positive and loving all around. The love is continued through the Alumni program, which has helped me feel supported with my recovery afterwards.

I had such a wonderful experience at Canyon Vista. Not only were the staff attentive, considerate, and amazing, the therapy was incredibly moving and I learned so much. The facility was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the food and accommodations. I was able to build a strong friend group during my stay, and I continue to attend Alumni groups due to the closeness in the community. If you’re going through a tough time, please consider going to Canyon vista. You won’t regret it!

I love Canyon Vista!! They offer a great residential program. The staff is great and the classes/12-step classes are great!!! Canyon vista has a great Alumni community that keep you involved and the Alumni Coordinator does regular check ups to see how your doing. I love her!! To keep other people anonymous I won’t post photos. But you who have been apart of CV know what this treatment center is all about!! And you get a dope “SOBER AF” shirt!!

Canyon Vista helped me when no one will. They allowed my very large dog Dozer to go through the program with me. Thank you to everyone for everything. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone that needs help. Thank you again for everything!

This place is amazing and what makes it so special is the people that work there. They put their heart and soul into the client's and its amazing to see. Shout out to Sarah who is an amazing person and a good friend she truly cares about people and its amazing to have her as a friend. Also Jeff! They both work tirelessly at helping others and I'm very blessed to know them both. Thank you Canyon Vista

My experience at Canyon Vista was very positive, with caring staff, adequate meals, and a variety of engaging activities that contributed to my recovery journey. The support I received, including finding further treatment options like the partial hospitalization program, has clearly been beneficial, I've been maintaining my sobriety and staying connected with the alumni community. I'd like to highlight the importance of support and companionship in the recovery process. I encountered minor challenges during my treatment. I feel that insurance restrictions can impact the length and quality of care, and there should be timely therapist introductions, especially since clients are often in vulnerable states. The structure of my daily activities, including the H&I meetings and group sessions, were helpful, but the lack of consistency in staff announcements and respect for personal space, such as not knocking before entering rooms, is concerning. Clear communication and respect for privacy are essential in creating a supportive treatment environment, hopefully my feedback could help improve the experience for future clients.
