Birmingham Recovery Center provided a space for me to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually during this season in my life. Looking back at my time at BRC, I was met with 1 on 1 therapy, group processing, while being held accountable. I learned how to get honest and vulnerable with the help of the staff there. BRC played a pivotal role in helping me build a foundation for my life while healing from my past. So that I could move forward and live life on life’s terms. I’m beyond grateful for all the staff at BRC, they helped me in more ways than I could ever count. I’ll recommend BRC to whoever God puts in my path that’s looking for a new way of life. Special shoutout to Caroline who believed in me when I didn’t and who fought for me when I couldn’t.
Cannot recommend BRC highly enough. My experience there in 2023 was absolutely life-changing. I gained the tools I needed to make a new, incredible start to the rest of my life! My therapist Leah was knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable right away. The entire staff was super encouraging and worked together to create a cohesive, impactful experience.
