What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
I am grateful to God for bedrock! Unfortunately I've been to many programs through my recovery journey. Bedrock is different the staff are absolutely phenomenal. They truly care for you and love you till you can love yourself. I'm staying clean and sober and its because I was loved and cared for at bedrock and was willing to take suggestions. I still stay in contact with the staff to this day and remain friends with the amazing people i met while there!
Bedrock was the place that saved my life the groups the nurses the kitchen staff. Everyone is so nice. The case managers are all very, very nice. I am one year sober from continuous sobriety of knowing where I started and now where I am I continue to strive for excellence and it’s all because I went to a great rehab facility called Bedrock. I met new friends that I still stay in touch with, I am happy and I’m free. Bedrock referred me to an aftercare program which was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life and now being a house manager of a sober house learning creating inspiring others.
I was a client here about 7 months ago, and got a whole perspective change on life. Bedrock taught me what a peaceful life can look like, I never thought I could live without drugs and alcohol, but then I went to Bedrock and my life changed. The staff is so welcoming, the groups taught me a lot of knowledge, and the whole stay there was remarkable. Thank you Bedrock for helping me start my journey to recovery, free from being a slave to drugs/alc. Life is beautiful on the other side. If you do the work, you will experience a life you never expected. I never knew I could have fun without drugs, I’ve been having the most fun in my journey-and it’s not artificial-it’s genuine.
My experience at Bedrock was exactly what I needed. I went to Detox and when I was in need of nursing help they were the most awesome nurses ever the sessions were good and Mathematics always always inspired me.
I’m moved Residential for 14 days and was happy I decided to continue with treatment after detox. The information received during sessions was extremely Helpful for me to recalibrate myself. Mathematics and Mia Where are my personal Favorite instructors. Both were inspirations in different ways to me.
Additional staffing in the Techs, Clinical, case management and aftercare I really needed. The teams are extremely stretched. I did see additional staffing observing for leading groups, which is exciting .
Although I did have some bumps in the road, I would recommend Bedrock to anyone looking for serious recovery and I would go again. God willing I don’t have to.
I checked into Bedrock Recovery on July 2nd 2024. I spent 28 days at Bedrock in total. The first 5 days were spent in detox. While I was there, the nurses and staff while were amazing! They monitored me closely while making sure I had what I needed to be as comfortable as possible during my detox.
After these first 5 days, I moved up to residential where I spent the following 23 days. Similar to the detox unit, the rooms were clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and plenty of room for personal belongings. The staff (floor techs) were awesome. From checking in doing room checks to making sure everyone is okay, to transitioning us to/from the unit and also making themselves available to talk, listen or help you with anything you may need. The nursing staff was just as amazing. I really can’t say enough good things about the nursing staff on both the detox floor and CSS are simply amazing. They are beyond caring, patient, and just make you feel safe when you are feeling most vulnerable. Being away from home and family is hard especially while being treated for addiction, but the staff does an amazing job with making Bedrock feel like home.
The kitchen staff was amazing as well. We always had 3 filling meals a day. Food was okay, definitely very heavy foods and slightly on the unhealthy side. There are usually always options to eat or snack on during off hours. That was the only downside - there were not many healthy meal options available.
The group facilitators are some of the best humans. They become like family as well. They truly care about your well being. Some of the facilitators and clinicians/case mangers were the reasons why I stayed when I wanted to leave due to being home sick etc. The groups are great and the community that you build amongst your peers is life changing. Mostly all of the employees whether they are employed by Bedrock or Ark are amazing and passionate about working there and actually care about each patient. CSS would not thrive if Stacey did not run around making sure we had our activity time & sharing her smiles. She always made sure we were okay and having some fun during our busy days. Ken, Nicole, Katie, Tim, & Mia ran amazing groups and treated us with respect and compassion!
Mathe is nothing short of a walking blessing. Not only are his groups engaging and meaningful he truly inspires and pushes you to want to be and do better. Chelsea was the friendliest face you could count on seeing daily, who made sure we always had what we needed and made sure we were always okay. I have never met someone so selfless when it comes to caring about the patients at bedrock. If there is anyone that goes above and beyond their job title she is definitely it!
This was my first time in treatment for
Addiction and I would recommend Bedrock in a heartbeat to anyone who needs help. Unfortunately, aftercare planning is lacking a bit. It’s not really a priority and does not seem to be taken too seriously. Thankfully, I was able set up a plan for myself with the help of other employees/facilitators. All and all Bedrock saved my life and I am forever grateful to them and all the tools, knowledge, and community they gave to me and would highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling with addiction , substance abuse or mental health matters.
