What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
From the moment I arrived at Bedrock, I felt supported and cared for. The staff, especially the alumni staff shoutout to Chelsea, made a huge difference for me. Knowing that many of them had been through the same process gave me hope and made it easier to open up. They understood what I was going through and always took the time to check in, encourage me and remind me that recovery is possible.
The program itself was well structured but also flexible to my needs. I was able to get stabilized and finally start feeling like myself again. The groups were informative and engaging, I actually learned a lot about addiction, recovery and how to handle life’s challenges in a healthier way.
Overall I’m so grateful for my time there. It wasn’t easy but the support and understanding I received made all the difference. This place helped me build a foundation for a new life, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s ready to make a change.
As a recent patient/resident at the Bedrock treatment center I have to say that my day was absolutely amazing, invaluable! All of the staff in particular, the clinicians and the nursing department should all be applauded for their excellent service. Above all, though, I have to admit that Math is the most valuable asset to your organization. While some might feel he is tough. He is spot on and he gets the message across in a way that no other could. I had a previous visit about four years ago to Bedrock and the only reason I returned to Bedrock was because Math was still apart of the staff. I would give my entire experience a 10 out of 10. Thanks to everyone involved. My very best, Sandi D.
Bedrock staff was incredibly supportive of my mental health and provided me with valuable education on mental wellness. My clinician, Nicole Barsky, created a safe and supportive environment for me. She genuinely understood the seriousness of my mental health concerns and demonstrated exceptional professionalism, ensuring that I received the care I needed. If you’re a grown-up who has experienced foster care, I highly recommend Nicole Barsky. She’s truly exceptional. Thank you, Bedrock!
This place is absolutely wonderful for people seeking treatment. The Nurses, NPs, Behavioral Health Technicians, group staff, alumni staff... all amazing people. They helped me so much through a few really rough times and I couldn't be more thankful. Special shoutout to Chelsea, who is apart of the alumni team. She has always been so kind and helpful, and as one of the alumni coordinators she (and others) checks in on past patients after they have discharged. The support is always there and it shows, from the very beginning. Even the vehicles and drivers are wonderful. Not only are all of the staff there AMAZING, but the food is very good, the units are extremely clean, you get setup with therapists and clinicians to help wade through the mud... and honestly the list just continues. For anyone going through a tough time, whether it is for substance use or mental health, Bedrock has your back. Even after you leave. This is the only place I recommend to people who may be seeking treatment, and if I ever fall, I know they'll be there to help me get back up.
Thanks to everyone here

I was thoroughly impressed with the care and compassion of the staff in the detox program. The nurses were very supportive and helpful were always available to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable as could be during a low point in my life. The facility was amazing and extremely clean. If I had one negative thought it would be the food it could definitely use an overhaul but other then that was an awesome experience for a tough time in my life and will be forever grateful!!!!
