Beachside Rehab

My family and I are extremely grateful for the care and support we received from Beachside Rehab in West Palm Beach. From the very beginning, the staff made a difficult situation feel much more manageable and gave our family peace of mind knowing our loved one was in good hands. A very special thank you to Michael, the Admissions Director, for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. Michael was compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions and guide our family every step of the way. His kindness and dedication truly made a huge difference during a stressful time. The facility is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and the level of care provided was outstanding. I highly recommend Beachside Rehab to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about their patients and families.

I have been to rehabs previously, however Beachside was the first rehab where the 12 steps were not a mandated expectation. It was truly a holistic experience, offering sound therapy, reiki, massages, fitness activities and more. The onsite gym, albeit small, offered dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton Bike, and a Nordic Row. I would have preferred if it included a few kettle bells, but overall the extent of the gym was more than I expected. The cafeteria was always clean and well stocked - the chefs were friendly and warm. Whether it was the salad bar or the amazing curated meals, or the classic cheeseburger - the food was never a source of concern for me. The entire staff was outstanding - from the Ops Manager Rasheed, down to every single BHT. House Keeping staff were muy bueno. Kitchen staff, therapists, recreational staff, I could go on and on with lists and praise. I have never felt so heard and so welcomed as I did by the Beachside employees. There were some inequities between the PHP and Residential program, but nothing that caused me any significant concern - just areas where I submitted suggestions to improve processes. I truly am thankful to Beachside for the serenity they provided while I was there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for Mental Health or Substance Use Rehab.

Beachside helped save my life. When I arrived I had absolutely no hope that I could get healthy again. The nurses, techs, therapists, & group facilitators are genuinely invested in your success. I left with a weight off my chest and hope that my life could be filled with joy again. I hope I never have to go back, but if I am ever in crisis again, I would choose Beachside 100%.

I grew to love Beachside and sometimes I miss it. The staff from nursing to the techs were amazing and over 45 days became more like friends. I can't say enough wonderful things about my therapists, Sarah M. and Chris B. If you ever find yourself there, I highly recommend them for primary and trauma therapy. The place was comfortable, safe, and very clean. Just make sure you bring plenty of warmer clothes because the facility is ice cold! You're here reading the reviews for a reason, Beachside is a great place to make that happen. Complimentary massages are amazing. Sounds therapy is wonderful. The pool is beautiful. You'll get so much out of this place!

I am very grateful for all of the staff and services at Beachside. I felt safe and supported throughout my treatment journey at both their detox and residential program. All of the therapeutic services provided felt personalized to my needs as a client, with an integrated approach of therapeutic and recreational activities. Beachside was truly a sanctuary that provided the necessary foundational support in my recovery journey.
