Banyan – Texas

I absolutely love my time at banyan Texas. The treatment was great and participation was always easy. The therapist here listen and the aftercare coordinators were on top of it from the very beginning. All the stuff was exceptionally nice. The scenery is gorgeous I love being here and I hate leaving but my journey continues. If this saves just one person I'll be okay so if you're serious about getting your life back together and recovery is in your future batting is a great place to come.

My name is Roland M. I was recently at Banyan Treatment in Waelder,Tx. I was so amazed at the beautiful Country Environment there. Resort style atmosphere with all the amenities. Swimming pool, fishing pond, pickleball, and complete gym available. The food by kitchen staff was more than I expected. Simply wonderful. Natalie along with all the therapists and providers as well as the technicians working day in and day out to make sure that I had the best experience possible in my journey to seeking sobriety. Sobriety is the key at Banyan. One person who I hold in high regards is Katherine. Katherine made such an impact on me . Her knowledge in Smart Recovery program as well as being an ideal mentor. Banyan is so lucky to have such a compassionate and caring person that she is. Overall, I would recommend Banyan to anyone seeking the perfect environment for treatment .

Banyon Texas is the place is you are serious about getting into recovery from alcoholism. The low level staff is very kind and does everything they can to help. If you want to address your recovery in a spiritual manner the AA program is for you. The physical location of Banyon Texas is remote to where you can get away from it all. The grounds are spacious, relaxing and peaceful. It is located on a 70 acre piece land that used to be a ranch. However please be advised that money is their driving force. They are definitely in it to maximize their profits. They will not give you a release date until your insurance has run out. Once insurance runs out, you are out of there whether it be a 21 day stay or a 50 day stay. The best part about this place was the AA volunteer who gave me many hours of his time for free. He was wonderful. Also you are limited to 20 minutes of phone calls per week to family that are monitored by staff on speaker phone.

Everyone was awesome here, they took great care of me when I was in detox and residential! The nurses are super nice! Shout out to miss Erin and the rest of the nursing staff, the BHTs are super nice and helpful shout out to them, and Carolyn my aftercare coordinator for helping me through the process! I highly recommend this place!
