About Banyan – Palm Springs
Our Banyan Treatment Centers facilities are woven into the fabric of the recovery community. In addition to supporting patients through the full continuum of addiction care, we carry proud accreditations and affiliations. In addition to being a Joint Commission Accredited treatment provider, we have facilities within the Florida Association of Recovery Residences, the STAR network, the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers, and support from the Florida Department of Children and Families. We are also verified by Psychology Today for our leadership in addiction treatment.

Banyan has been the absolute pinnacle of my steps towards sobriety. Their staff are kind and attentive. Program and classes are extremely useful and is an overall amazing environment to encourage and support rehabilitation with alcohol and substance abuse. Many thanks to Ebony White my case manager, Katrina Clarke my therapist while in treatment, Jesse who provided guidance for aftercare, and Jan for making the intake process as painless as possible. There are many other staff members like BHT’s ensuring safety, on site RN’s and Providers to provide immediate medical care and insight, staff who provide transportation to and from necessary locations, maintenance staff ensuring a clean and kept up environment, and amazing chefs providing meals to nourish and encourage health. Amazing amenities and activities provided and not to mention the great community of other clients in treatment who also made the right decision in choosing Banyan to get their life back and nurture a new way of coping with an already difficult life.
This was the first and hopefully last rehab I go to. I was sceptical on coming to rehab, but they were very welcoming. The food was good,they have a open salad bar all night. Aswell a pool and jucuzzi. More than anything it was nice to be surrounded by people that understood my disease. My case manager John and aftercare coordinator helped me be prepared to transition to a (PHP)sober living Ebony is such a Charsmatic, passionate, and informative person.She helped guide me through the FMLA to protect my employment along with helping me apply for (DI)Disability. John case manager gave me options on places covered by insurance, aswell was able to give me a letter of recieving care and completing care letters. The therapist Elise made it very comfortable to open up to. The instructors for every class where informative. I learned alot through this program. The medical staff are friendly and professional. Theres a suggestion box available for any suggestions. Thank you everyone at banyan.
After 2 years and 8 months of sobriety, I relapsed and came to Banyan Palm Springs. The incredible staff here helped me work through deep traumas of my past, improve the outlook of myself, and detox of substance abuse. The case managers comforted me as they listened to my goals and needs. The therapists set me up with a long term treatment plan. I attended the IOP program at Banyan as well. This program has truly changed my life. The BHTs (techs) were kind, and the nursing staff was sensitive. I also resolved the holes in my ongoing medications. I can’t say enough good things about this treatment center. The classes are thoughtful and though provoking. The rooms are comfortable. The food is good. Thank you Thank you, Banyan! Shout out to Ebony, John, Dr. Monique, Dr. Noja, Nurse Julie, Kristina, and the rest or the staff.
Banyan is a wonderful place to go if you need help. The staff here cares. Ebony, my case mama her was on top of everything happening on the outside so I could focus on my recovery on the inside. My therapist Katrina cares and she is an absolute gem. I feel ready to conquer the world. And I know banyan has my back if I need it. I would recommend Banyan to anyone seeking help
I’ve never felt so supported and respected as soon as i stepped foot into this facility. I needed a hug and support and from intake to discharge i got the care I needed. Banyan, is about positivity, accountability and teaches you how to deal with the problems you encounter. Banyan literally saved my life and I’m so incredibly grateful for the staff and the support they gave me. I would 100% recommend for a loved one or someone fighting addiction.
