Hi. I went to Concord Avenues after spending 30 days at Dublin Avenues. I spent 60 days at Concord's PHP program. This place saved me. The groups transformed my life and I began loving myself again. The staff is amazing and work hard for my recovery. This isn't your average rehab..... Lots of fun activities on weekends and staff that really care. I'm so thankful I chose Concord Avenues as my landing place for my recovery and thankful for the continued support after leaving. Thank you Avenues for changing my life!!!
I can’t express enough how much of an impact this place has had on my life. Not only am I happily sober, but I am incredibly excited to live through my potential. That is a sentence I would have been unable to say any other point in my life. There are so many external gifts I have been loaned, and so many internal tools that I use daily to stay peaceful and feel fulfilled. I am proud of my choices and the path I have decided to take. All the staff, particularly my counselor Jeff, treated me with the respect and compassion that someone with this disease needs. I could write a novel about this place, so I’ll stop there but if you are looking for somewhere to rebuild your life and find who your authentic self is, this is the place. Much love.
Avenues is a great and friendly place if you’re looking to change your life for the better. It’s a great place to unlearn bad habits and create good habits. I absolutely love my therapist Jenny, she always made me laugh and I could talk to her about anything. I’ve grown so much from the day I got here and I thank avenues for everything!
I spent a little over four months at Avenues, this place definitely saved my life. I was lost, broken, hopeless, depressed and ashamed of everything I had gone through and all the things that I'd done. From the moment I stepped off the plane, I was welcomed with warm arms. Everyone was so welcoming, understanding and compassionate. I learned so many skills to help me during early recovery, to maintain recovery. The group facilitators are amazing, especially Ken. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone is included. The therapists I had there were especially helpful, I will never be able to repay them. I met so many wonderful people that had different stories but ultimately the same experience with this disease. The tiny but mighty community this place has is what kept me going when I wanted to give up and quit. Thank you for everything.
Avenues is a welcoming and supportive place to recover. They set an environment where you can focus completely on your recovery. The meals and activities are great, however, the staff is highly exceptional.
