Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne

Avenues is a place that I would happily 😊 recommend to any I ne who is looking to get and stay sober. The staff is amazing, Samantha, Bobby, Kyla, Julia, Tim, Teresa and Madison will help teach you the skills needed to do the shadow work to help you understand your addiction. Lisa and Tim will help you get to your next step after Avenues. Medical and the techs like Z, Dawn, Lopez, Melissa and so many more will help you day to day in getting and staying acclimated. Even the cleaning staff and Lorenzo at the front desk will take time to speak to you if you're having issues or just a rough day.

Avenues Fort Wayne has been a great experience, they’ve helped me get sober and made me feel at home from day one. They even picked me up next day and brought me all the way from south bend! Shout out to Joe, Travis, Kyla, the kitchen staff and everyone else who put there time into my recovery! I definitely suggest this place.

I am coming to whoever reads this clean and sober. Thanks to myself, my higher power, Avenues and all the facilities staff. I’ve had an amazing time here and it’s been a very long time since I’ve had an amazing time clean and sober. I want to thank everyone that I’ve came in contact with including facilities staff, clients, and especially all the new comers. Remember we can only keep what we have by giving it away. And the staff at Avenues not only gave me the courage to want, need, and desire something new. But shared their testimonies, back grounds, and their book smarts to assist me in my recovery and made it so much easier to come out of my shell, express my feelings, and gave me so many ways to cope with my emotions. I want to thank the kitchen staff for making such delicious food. The cleaning staff for keeping the facility clean from germs and bacteria. I want to thank the nurses for helping me when I first got there going through detox and making me feel like I was meant to be there, I was safe, and I could relax and get some rest without anything to worry about. And for everyday giving me the meds that I was prescribed. The facilitators are amazing in which made it alot easier for me to understand what was being taught and comprehend so I can apply to my everyday life. I would also like to thank the admissions staff which made me feel like I was worth it and I deserved it. They set up transportation and was at my house two hours later and mind you I was two hours away from this facility. So that says a lot. Thank you Joe for everything. I want to acknowledge the Alumni program for all that they do and for all the lives that safe and give assistance to. You have people check up on you daily and make sure that you good. They offer programs and activities once you have graduated to keep you in contact with others that have graduated, stayed sober, and live life and enjoy life without the presence of drugs and alcohol. Thank you so much for everything that you all have done and continue to do. You saved my life and continue to save lives everyday. One day at a time. One step at a time.

I've been to a handful of treatments, and Avenues was among the best. A lot of the staff are in recovery themselves, and it's clearly evident in how they treat and interact with the clients. It's more than just a paycheck to them. The providers are educated and will get you what you need to help you get back on track in terms of medication, the therapists will help you zero in on the root of what's causing you to use your substance of choice, and the BHT's are always there for all of your needs. Every member of Avenues staff has been an integral part of my recovery. For me, the best part is what comes afterwards. They have a great alumni meeting and events that you can attend. Avenues recovery center offers a strong recovery program with a thoughtful curriculum that has helped me build the tools needed for long-term success while addressing the root causes of addiction. The staff are compassionate professional and truly invested in each person's recovery from the clinical team to the behavioral health staff and administration, everyone creates a welcoming and supportive environment. The food is also excellent which adds comfort and makes the overall experience even better Avenues is a place where people are supported encouraged and given the opportunity to rebuild their lives.
