This has been my first time in organized recovery and I must say. It has been an absolute delight. The staff is amazing and really work with you on a different level. Foods great and the beds are comfy. I finally see the light diminish on my addiction I have the tools to define my journey

came to Fort Wayne Avenues utterly lost and fundamentally broken. The journey from Indianapolis was the final, agonizing stretch that delivered me to my absolute rock bottom. The moment I truly needed help, I received it. I remember that phone call in the middle of the night—a promise kept, followed by the immediate, compassionate arrangement of a ride. Standing there in the rain, awaiting an unknown fate, I was filled with dread, yet something shifted upon arrival. I was instantly greeted not just by staff, but by warm smiles and palpable high vibrations. The entire team was immediately welcoming and understanding. I won't lie; there were many times I considered walking away. But I stayed because of the extraordinary intervention of some of the best staff members I have ever had the privilege of knowing. For the first time, I felt genuinely heard and understood. It was a powerful realization that so many of you were in long-term recovery yourselves, carrying years of clean time and wisdom under your belts. Thank you, from the deepest part of my heart, for believing in me when I couldn't believe in myself, and for giving me the tools I needed to finally tame my beast. I am walking away from Avenues feeling confident and determined. I know I can do this. I am now confidently charting my course toward the beautiful, fulfilling life I truly deserve. Avenues has been amazing all the staff have been extremely kind not making me feel like just another number but more like an individualized person. I've have been to other facilities before and this facility has made me feel heard and understood. Each staff member bringing me a piece of their expertise to provide me with the tools and support I need to be successful in my recovery.

I attended Avenues in October! I was completely lost and drinking every day! Avenues literally saved my life! I was homeless before I went in and was giving up on life! My life changed the day I went in! The staff is so loving, caring and amazing! The food is great and the facility is very clean and comfortable! I trusted the program and I’ll recommend Avenues a million times! Thank you Avenues

Let me just say this… I could say so many things about this place. If told you everything, this would be more like a whole non-fictional book (which I very much could do) But… it is vital in your recovery to have community and connection. When I say I’m a WHOLE LOT to handle,I am! They didn’t handle me, they provided the utmost loving care for me. (No i was not paid for this review.) 🤓 They were patient, kind, considerate of my feelings even when I was not the nicest to them. Everyone! The food was even delicious! They had a very wonderful library guy even! Their schedules and meetings are fit to meet you and what YOU need. If you’re looking for help, or know someone that needs somewhere welcoming to get care they don’t just help, you get a lifetime community of people that are going to be there for you when you graduate their program and become a part of their alumni. DONT WAIT REACH OUT ! They are there to truly listen .. not just hear lol. Their amazing . Thank you to all the staff and now forever family.
