Avenues is a place that I would happily 😊 recommend to any I ne who is looking to get and stay sober. The staff is amazing, Samantha, Bobby, Kyla, Julia, Tim, Teresa and Madison will help teach you the skills needed to do the shadow work to help you understand your addiction. Lisa and Tim will help you get to your next step after Avenues. Medical and the techs like Z, Dawn, Lopez, Melissa and so many more will help you day to day in getting and staying acclimated. Even the cleaning staff and Lorenzo at the front desk will take time to speak to you if you're having issues or just a rough day.
I didn't want to leave a review when I left Avenues. I wanted to see how life turned out afterwards and if it was really worth it or not. It's been 6 months and I couldn't be more proud to call myself an Avenues Alumni. I walked in with a big chip on my shoulder (A bitter old man, thanks Matt, lol) thinking I was better than everyone but I soon found that I had something in common with each and every person there, even the wonderful staff. Sure, there are going to be some staff that just isn't your cup of tea but I found most everyone spoke to me with respect and I in return. Avenues gave me many tools to help me move forward in my recovery/sobriety and I've made a many life long friends there. If you do go in, leave the chip at the door and embrace what they are trying to do for you. It's hard, probably harder than anything else you will do for yourself, but it's worth it. You will come out better for it and understand yourself much better. If you are sick of being sick then go there and let them help. Sending a shout out to Travis, Kelsey, Jenna, Melissa, Nicole, Rita, Amy, Rhi, Mama T, Matt, Lopez, Gwenna, Janna and really the whole staff. You guys gave me a better quality of life, my independence and I will always be grateful. ~Daniel "Tony" Davis. Graduation date - September 24th 2025.
Avenues provided me with the treatment I desperately needed without even knowing I needed it. I learned so much about the disease of addiction, myself, others, recovery, and healthy coping skills to help me further my journey. Miss Gina, Heather, LaToya, Melissa, Jenna, Kyla, Sunny, and LaToya are AMAZING! Bobby and Lopez are also AMAZING. Miss Gina made me feel loved and safe from day 1. Everyone there made me feel loved and safe. They also fostered an environment which encouraged all female clients to support and lift one another up at all times. It was a healthy and loving and healing experience; and I am so very thankful.
Avenues has been beyond amazing they have helped me recognize the importance of getting sober and how to remain sober moving forward in my recovery and life. Samantha my therapist was amazing helping me navigate through past traumas. Tara the alumni coordinator has been a huge part of me remaining connected to Avenues alumni program constantly checking in with me and holding me accountable, if you want a better life and you want community and connection this is the facility for you they really care not just while your there but beyond graduation. They truly care for each individual client in ways that work best for them. I will forever be grateful for Avenues and the ongoing support from the Alumni program.
Avenues has helped me get my life on track. The staff is so caring and understanding. They care on an individual basis and they understand addiction and treated me with love and compassion. They cared long after I graduated, checking on me. I did have a lapse and Casey dropped everything to come help me and get me help. The love and support from all the staff is why I HIGHLY recommend Avenues!!
