Avenues provided me with the treatment I desperately needed without even knowing I needed it. I learned so much about the disease of addiction, myself, others, recovery, and healthy coping skills to help me further my journey. Miss Gina, Heather, LaToya, Melissa, Jenna, Kyla, Sunny, and LaToya are AMAZING! Bobby and Lopez are also AMAZING. Miss Gina made me feel loved and safe from day 1. Everyone there made me feel loved and safe. They also fostered an environment which encouraged all female clients to support and lift one another up at all times. It was a healthy and loving and healing experience; and I am so very thankful.

The moment I truly needed help, I received it. I remember that phone call in the middle of the night—a promise kept, followed by the immediate, compassionate arrangement of a ride. Standing there in the rain, awaiting an unknown fate, I was filled with dread, yet something shifted upon arrival. I was instantly greeted not just by staff, but by warm smiles and palpable high vibrations. The entire team was immediately welcoming and understanding. I won't lie; there were many times I considered walking away. But I stayed because of the extraordinary intervention of some of the best staff members I have ever had the privilege of knowing. For the first time, I felt genuinely heard and understood. It was a powerful realization that so many of you were in long-term recovery yourselves, carrying years of clean time and wisdom under your belts. Thank you, from the deepest part of my heart, for believing in me when I couldn't believe in myself, and for giving me the tools I needed to finally tame my beast. I am walking away from Avenues feeling confident and determined. I know I can do this. I am now confidently charting my course toward the beautiful, fulfilling life I truly deserve. I attended Avenues in October! I was completely lost and drinking every day! Avenues literally saved my life! I was homeless before I went in and was giving up on life! My life changed the day I went in! The staff is so loving, caring and amazing! The food is great and the facility is very clean and comfortable! Avenues has been amazing all the staff have been extremely kind not making me feel like just another number but more like an individualized person. I've have been to other facilities before and this facility has made me feel heard and understood. I’m here at avenues in Fort Wayne Indiana on day 17 and I’m feeling 1000% better. My outlook is good. The staff here are wonderful people very understanding very helpful. The food is great and they feed you time plenty I could be a witness because I put on 20 pounds in the 17 days. I just love this place. I’m glad I came here.
