Avenues Recovery Center at Bucks

Avenues is a wonderful place and experience if you are looking for a life of sobriety and self fulfillment. I have been to 2 facilities in my journey of recovery and have found nothing but love, support, and help. I have learned more than I could ever imagine about myself and my disease of addiction as well as gained not only a community but a family. The staff are spectacular and truly care about each individual and they're struggles and life. I saved myself but not without the help of avenues

I entered Avenues in NH in May with the intention of only doing a 7 day detox. After the 7 days I realized that 7 days was far from enough time after spending 23 years in active addiction. I sooke to my counselor I was given an opportunity to continue my recovery journey at Bucks County Avenues. I have been here for 5 months and all I can say is that my sober journey has a been nothing short of amazing. The counselors, staff and house managers have been supportive and taught me many tools to use for the future and my recovery process. If you are given the chance to attend any Avenues you will not regret it. Doing the work and with the help of the staff it has changed my life for the better. I am eternally grateful.

I loved my experience at Avenues. The counselors and staff are very nice and supportive. They helped me with as much as they possibly could. The groups each day were helpful and informative. The community around avenues is welcoming and fun, I met new people all the time and expanded my circle of friends more than I ever had before.

BEST drug and alcohol recovery facility I have ever seen! I spent 120 days this summer in Avenues program, and they have one of the most comprehensive recovery and treatment programs that I have ever been through! The Clinical Staff, Counselors, Therapist's, Medical Staff, Admissions, Admissions, Alumni, etc. really take the time to get to know each Client! They actually are extremely professional, understanding, empathetic, experienced, very knowledgeable, and treat each Client with Dignity and Respect. In addition, the Therapists and counselors meet with each client several times a week in “one on one” setting, to tailor a personal recovery plan that is amazing to watch milestone hit and met! I personally was only going to stay the Detox and 30 day residential, however, when I experienced, how the staff, program, facility, all work together to help each person… I knew I was in the right place… and that if my recovery was as important as I said it was… then the investment in my time there ( 120 days) was a small “admission “ price to pay… and with their staff.. an OUTSTANDING investment in my sober future! I would totally recommend Avenues to anyone that is serious about getting your life back!… I’m sure glad I decided on Avenues, and Thanks to their Dedication, experience, knowledge, professionalism, I now am starting to build back and take back my life, my career, and my family and loved ones! Graduating from this program has truly changed my life. The counselors here genuinely care and give you the tools you need, not just to get sober but to build a better future. The groups, the structure, and the support from housemates made me feel like I wasn’t alone. I came in with doubts, but I’m leaving with hope, confidence, and a new outlook on life. If you’re serious about recovery, this is the place to be. They don’t just help you through the tough days they teach you how to keep moving forward, one day at a time. I’m forever grateful for my experience here.
