My experience here at PF Avenues was very good! My counselor was a great listener and opened my heart/mind to healing. The group sessions were instructed by wonderful, compassionate people. The best, though, was the community. So many wonderful people, traveling the same path I was to recovery. I learned so many valuable lessons and skills during my stay.
I had a great experience at avenues it was a privilege to be there, I completed the 60
day program and then they helped me set up aftercare with a step down php program. My time here was filled with learning, laughs, fun, good people, food, hardworking staff and much more. Was definitely worth it!
I’ve seen the good this place can do for people. It wasn’t the right time for me to be there, so I left early AMA. If you’re looking for help and are truly ready to recover give them a shot. Always advocate for yourself, and work the program. You will meet amazing people in recovery, and most of the staff are genuinely great people. 4/5 would recommend, but understand what you’re signing up for.
Depending on your needs and goals, I do recommend this facility. There are some odd rules they are strict on and if you are a woman who loves diet coke like myself stay away because women are not allowed anywhere near the diet coke machines (men however have at it!)
But as far as recovery goes, the staff are caring and knowledgeable, and the facilities are clean and well maintained.
Avenues recovery center is a very exceptional program for people who are trying or are genuinely focused on getting their lives back on track and be free of addiction. If it wasnt for avenues I would probably be in a much worse situation than I was already in. Thanks to avenues I was actually able to get healthier while attending the program as well as being able to keep my job🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. I highly recommend avenues to those seeking help with their addiction and or need a break from life until they get themselves back on track💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
