Avenues Recovery Center

During my 60 days at Avenues, they provided me with the best care possible! They always made sure I was medically good and taken care of when I was sick, provided all 3 great meals, and always treated me fairly without many problems.

I went to avenues in Prince Frederick's. There I was taught accountability responsibility and stability as well as focusing on how my addiction started by helping me focus on my past trauma Life trauma and how to love myself without avenues I wouldn't be the person that I am today I am 9 months clean. Thank you avenue so much for giving me the time of day to show me how to love myself and how to channel my inner self to bring out what I needed to work on I am living a stability life now.

Avenues Recovery is a very welcoming place. Staff is friendly as long as you show respect in return. In general, I think that a 60 day program is the sweet spot in early recovery. The first thirty days were pretty good for returning cognitive function and the next half was really good for grounding emotional issues. This is one of the only places that has an alumni program, that is excellent for creating a sober network that can be daunting for some. Riley and Danielle have been some of the best I have encountered for helping me get sober and sober for my new lifestyle. Thanks Avenues!

Avenues changed my life! The counselors know exactly what they’re doing and the staff is amazing. Of course in the beginning (after I signed myself up) I was skeptical and didn’t think I needed rehab, but I think everyone goes through that phase. I have them to thank for guiding me in the right direction. I didn’t think I would be going to school for Addictions Counseling or working in a sober environment, but I am! One day at a time!
