The first thing I would say about ADC is that you get what you put in. If you attend all groups and do everything that is suggested you can leave here with an excellent set of tools. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and very personable. The food done by Chef Fred is the best I’ve ever had in this type of setting and is a definite highlight of ADC. There are plenty of extra curricular things to do here as well, pool table, all types of games, cable, Netflix, big screen TVs all over the center as well as TVs in the rooms. Your laundry is done for you on any night you put it outside your room. I would recommend Atlanta detox center to anyone looking to stop suffering in your addiction and restart your life. They truly care here. I have so much gratitude that I ended up here and I am leaving in better shape than I could’ve possibly imagined.
By far the best detox/rehab I have ever been to!! The groups, therapists, techs, nurses, just everyone there are absolutely amazing!! Chef Fred made the best food I've tasted in a while. I felt extremely comfortable and thank ADC for getting me back on my sober journey. ORIGINAL AKA OG is the absolute best. One of the kindest, most generous people I've ever met. Thankyou ADC for your compassion and care. You all have changed my life for the better! I'll forever be grateful!
I'm extremely grateful for how patient and compassionate staff was towards me especially upper management! The BHT's were a huge part of my recovery process and took really good care of me. First detox ever… amazing experience. All the techs are great and caring. The medical staff is very knowledgeable and caring. The therapists are very caring and empathetic. The teachers and classes were fantastic. I gained so much priceless knowledge on addiction and thinking patterns, that I can never say thank you enough for. The amenities and leisure time was great. The food chef made is out of this world. All around a phenomenal experience. I would recommend this place to anyone a hundred times over.
ADC was a truly wonderful experience in my time of need. All of the staff treats everyone with kindness and compassion and the clients during my time here quickly became friends and trusted peers. I learned so much in my 30 days stay and would not have been able to get to where I am now without the Staff at ADC. There are 3 standout staff members that changed my perspective during my time and I genuinely know that I could not have gotten to where I am without them. Chris, Latasha and OG are outstanding, immensely talented at what they do and make every single person in the building feel special and like they can achieve their goals for life.
