Atlanta Detox Center

The people and staff here were amazingly support and kind. I was lucky to have an awesome roommate as well. No snoring! The other clients here definitely made it easier to acclimate because they are here for the same reason you are. I had the best case manager and therapist! Shout out to Angie and Terrance. Christian and Chris were such great speakers and I learned so much in their group therapy sessions. I would recommend this place but be advised - there is no pool no matter what anyone says.

This place was beyond what the Doctor ordered. The staff is great. The nursing staff is obligated and attentive to the clients needs. All the BHT staff go above and beyond to make sure all clients' needs are met. I have nothing but sincere love for Atlanta Detox Center. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs to regenerate and get a new Jumpstart in life. You will not regret coming here. Shout out to Angie, OG, Christian, Chris, Shayla, Tamara, Charlie, Mr. Lawrence and everyone else at ADC. Thanks and Much Love.

ADC has been fantastic! It was super helpful in the detox stage and subsequent treatment. They took detox seriously and medicated appropriately and took all necessary precautions. The groups were great and not standard treatment groups. They really hone in on real and deep topics that really get to the root of the cause of substance abuse and mental health. This is a dual diagnosis center so they see substance abuse as the symptom to a deeper cause. The facility does not give access to internet or cell phones except for extenuating circumstances. But you get used to it and ends up being beneficial. The facility could be cleaner and have more housecleaning staff. I kept my room clean on my own. The food is pretty good and most of the time homemade. On the weekends, they have cookouts, and other fun things to fill the time. They have an activity room with a pool table, ping pong table, big screen tv and big couch. It’s decorated well and feels fresh instead of a stuffy rehab. Ultimately, I recommend this rehab!

This facility is a blessing and will help you even if you have been to multiple facility’s. The staff actually cares and they all take a unique approach to helping addicts of all different backgrounds. Can’t thank them enough for all of the knowledge and experiences they have given me. Chef does a great job of cooking and the bht staff is the most helpful. Chris runs a great class that no one would should miss as well as the other therapists.

This is absolutely the best decision I have made to take the next step in my recovery. First, the group facilitators are experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I have greatly enjoyed classes with Chris, Christian, OG, Angie, Alexis, John and Terrance. John W. and Rayburn were my therapist and case manager respectfully and really focused in on my treatment needs. I cannot speak highly enough of the nursing staff, chefs (Fred and Monica), cleaning (Jovah), maintenance and especially the Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) Tamara, Thomas, Lawrence and Shayla, and honestly ALL of them. Tamara and Thomas really made me feel welcomed and helped me in many aspects. Special shout out to OG, Tamara, Thomas and Lawrence... they're extremely wonderful people who give every bit of their effort and time! This is the place to come for treatment! Thank you ALL!
