What Our Patients Say About Us
Reviews
My experience with Ardu has been life-changing from the moment I walked in the doors. The staff was wonderful about helping me with insurance and getting everything I needed to get enrolled in their residential and detox program. Chandler was exceptional to work with and really knowledgeable with insurance when I was able to go to the Outpatient program I was agreed by Nikki and she is a director and does an awesome job with recovery and the clients I could go on forever about each individual staff member and therapist there I wouldn’t Change my experience in recovery for anything I honestly felt at home going through their Sober living program as well! They really understand The struggles it comes with being an addict and they also help you to gain the skills in recovery. I love their intensive outpatient program as well, and I am just happy to call our new home really capable of working with any issues that you have as far as mental health and addiction recovery!
Ardu' Recovery..... Oh my love... I obtained more in 45 days at their residential than I had previously in a combined 12 months elsewhere. I can not convey through mere words what they've created. A fruitless and in vain attempt would be to say that the staff aren't there for a paycheck, they are here to change lives and the do daily. That they alongside the clients help to cultivate a space of healing where one truly feels capable of being present, accountable, and vulnerable. That this is the place and these are my people. That I hope you find the courage within you to walk through those doors and the dedication to change your own life, with the help of some absolutely amazing people along the way. Though those would all be severe understatements, so if you're curious at least come check us out. What's the worst that could happen? Your life could be everything you imagined and more, things you couldn't even fathom brought to fruition, families healed and faith restored? The streets will always refund your misery but if you're looking for a place full of love, light, and like minded individuals welcome home relative.
Ardu Recovery saved my life! I have been to several treatment centers in Utah, and Ardu Recovery surpasses all of them by far. Let me tell you why. From the beginning, I got connected with their admissions director Todd. Todd is amazing. Hes on top of his game, amd makes all the paperwork, billing, and those types of things that can cause anxiety, a breeze. Not only was he professional from the very start, he also was kind and considerate and made me feel very comfortable about making this big change in my life. The fact that I felt seen and heard and understood took so much anxiety out of a normally intense process. From the moment I entered the facility, within the first 5 minutes of being there I was greeted by Bill, who ended up being my therapist. He warmly introduced himself to me and put me at ease. Within the next 5 minutes, a man approached me and introduced himself. I'll never forget it because he told me, "We are so happy your here. We're just going to love you until you can love yourself." Already being overwrought with intense emotions and nerves, I was deeply moved when I heard that. I immediately felt at ease, and confident in the decision I made to come here. That man went on to tell me he was just a garden variety drunk- just like me- and again reassured me I was at the right place at the right time. That humble man happened to be Drew Redd, the clinical director of the program. I was in awe of this man's humility, the feeling of unconditional love I felt in those first few crucial moments was so special and meant the world to me. I felt such an overwhelming spirit of love and acceptance from those people and it confirmed for me that I was in the right place. That first day was a flurry of new places, new faces. When I got to "group" and was introduced to the other clients, I was feeling a little nervous. But once again, I was met with such enthusiasm, and my peers whom I had just met were already cheering me on, giving me kudos, and making me feel so welcome. I was stunned. I had been without human connection so long in my disease, and suddenly I had this community of amazing people gathering around me, loving me unconditionally and without hesitation. Thats what makes Ardu Recovery so special. They treat you like family. It felt so good to be loved on and nurtured in a healthy way by my staff and peers. Oh and let me tell you about the staff. They go above and beyond. I feel most of them work there because they have a special kind of love for the clients. Most of the staff I dealt with kindly shared parts of their personal journeys with me, and most of them were also Ardu Alumni at one point! It was so cool to see recovering men and women, living examples everyday, showing me that all this is possible. The energy in that facility is what makes it stand out from the rest. I knew I could go to anyone of the floor or clinical staff at any time if an issue arised and I would be heard and treated with dignity and respect. They took us to do many fun Recovery outreach activities, where we were able to learn how to have fun being sober again. I cant tell you how important that was for me, as one of my triggers has always been boredom. The Alumni group was also a neat experience that we got to participate in every Wednesday. Thats where we got to see other clients continuing their journeys after they left the facility and it gave me a tremendous amount of hope. If you think you need help, if you are looking for a professional facility of the highest standards, that will shower you with love until you can find it for yourself, I promise you will receive all that and more at Ardu. Oh, and Drew always hooks you up right away with a fly Ardu hoodie along with some high quality tube socks. And rocking new gear just makes you feel good about yourself. Todd, Drew, Bill and everyone else that was present during my time there, you renewed my hope for a life of recovery again and gave me the tools I needed to accomplish it. I can never thank you enough for saving my life that day, and loving this addict. Grateful.
I am so gratI am grateful for Ardu and the staff. I have been to other recovery centers, and it's been nothing like Ardu. The staff is so caring and loving. This place has saved my life, and I'm loving every day being here.
I am grateful, happy, and hopeful. Before I arrived at Ardu' I was lost in pain and self destruction. From day one I felt recognized not just as a patient but as a person. Ardu's compassionate care, expert guidance and support helped me demonstrate what true healing looks like. Ardu' possesses a spiritual aspect that I will never forget. The Ardu' staff was professional, kind, and compassionate. The meals compared to a five star restaurant, and the classes were engaging and motivational. I recommend the intensive outpatient afterwards, it was also a blessing. Thank you Ardu'! "Rise up"
