There are no words to express my gratitude that I have for All In Solutions and the clinical team during my experience. But I am going to try my hardest! First off, Nicole, my therapist understood me like no other therapist has before! She thought outside the “traditional” therapy models and found something that worked for me. And for that, I will be forever grateful. Thank you to Pastor Dan, Chris P, Matt, Alfonso, Henry, Shakira, Stacy and Patti (forgive me if I forgot anyone) for their group therapy classes! BHT’s Allison, Destiny, Sam, Anthony, Chase, Pat, Leah, and many more. Thank you for being great at your jobs! Making sure we are treated with empathy and kindness. Our case workers Mariah and James! I had an amazing and eye opening experience at All In Solutions. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to find myself as a result of their program. The staff is filled with truly amazing people. Chris, Pastor Dan and Nicole are amongst the best facilitators I have ever run across and the fact that they all work under the same roof is nothing short of astonishing. An exceptional program with a team that is genuinely compassionate, dedicated, and passionate about recovery. This place was terrific and im glad that i made the decision to come here to florida to do iop instead of going back home. This place is what i needed and everyone here and the staff were awesome and super helpful to me when i needed them. Ive learned so much here and if ive ever relapse which i wont i wouldnt hesitate to come back to this treatment center. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I was just calling around to find a local detox, when I accidently called AIS and someone answered the phone, and immediately tried convincing me to fly to floida the next day... I wasn't having it. Hung up on him. Then my phone started ringing with Florida a number over and over and I finally picked up, and began speaking with someone different, some guy with deep voice named Drew. He promised he just wanted to talk to me- and wouldn't pressure me to commit to anything I wasn't ready for. He said he wanted to hear my story, learn about me and what had me reaching out of help. Before I knew it, it had been about an hour of chit chatting, comparing war stories, when Drew asked if he could send me links to both the Florida and California locations. I got spoked again, and hung up on him, too. I walked away from from phone for about 30 mins and when I came back, I had missed calls and a few texts from Drew, just asking me to call him back, even if I wasn't commmiting to anything. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. He was the fist person I felt I could be honest with in years, and I trusted him more than I trusted myself at that moment. He told me personal things about himself and we shared our experiences as I laughed and cried, realizing he was right, and I needed to go away for a while to help myself. I was an uber, booked by Drew, to the airport for a flight, also booked by Drew, the next day. I can confidently say AIS was life changing for me, but without Drew on the other end of the phone, I wouldn't have gone anywhere. Of all of the staff- the drs, nurses, support staff, etc... I give Drew, the guy on the phone, my hero badge. If you're lucky enough to get this guy on the phone when you call- consider yourself in good hands. AIS is a great place to rediscover how important, strong, and loved you are. It's people like Drew who convince you're worthy of the help.
