Mission & Vision
Our staff of alcohol and drug detox treatment professionals focus on rebuilding clients through each stage of drug rehab, from helplessness through stability. Our medical stabilization program and residential clinical treatment program have been changing lives for over half a decade. We treat the whole person – body, mind, and spirit, you will receive personalized care in a clean, modern, home-like setting.

My experience has been that everyone is very helpful and truly care about each individual. The program they offer has been successful this far and I feel it really works. My counselor Val is awesome. She has really helped me and guided me during this process. All staff are super kind and compassionate. Most are in recovery themselves so they really can relate to those struggling and help them through the entirety of their stay. I would recommend Avenues to anyone who needs help. It's wonderful.
Avenues Recovery Center has been an amazing experience. I have received a tremendous education and insight on my addiction and recovery. The staff is knowledgeable, my counselor Dave was awesome. The techs are great to talk to. Case management and nursing was very helpful. The alumni coordinator Katie was instrumental in helping me get into Avenues and I’m am grateful. Bria was also very kind and put up with me the first night when I was getting my bearings. I’m an eternity grateful to Avenues. They also supported me in my choice to attend PHP and set me up with great aftercare. as a VP of a brokerage firm, I appreciated their professionalism and support! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a great treatment center.
I came to Avenues Lake Ariel after many years of substance abuse. I’d unsuccessfully tried to get sober by myself and at my family’s request came here. What an experience. The small community and facility is wonderful. The staff cares so much and many have been through the addiction wringer themselves. This is a place that gives you the opportunity to better yourself with mental health help in addition to working to recover from addiction. You get what you put in here. The opportunity to grow is there, and everyone I’ve seen who took advantage of it became a visibly better, stronger and more confident person. I would recommend anyone who is serious about recovery strongly consider coming and working the program. They are also really good about working with insurance and aftercare plans, so you aren’t just thrown to the wolves when you complete your time here. If you’re reading this and struggling, reach out for help. You deserve it.
This was my second time at Avenues and it was by far the best time I've ever had in treatment! I left early the last time and it had been one of my biggest regrets since the day I walked out. The staff here work really hard to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. They go above and beyond to set up aftercare programs and make sure everyone has a clear understanding of how important their lives are. Avenues wants us to succeed, work on our selves, help others by telling our stories and stay sober. If you are seeking treatment, you will not be disappointed if you choose Avenues, it could save your life!!
I’m so glad I stayed here for 35 days. Between the BHTs, my counselor Makayla, and the welcoming community, I felt I was in a safe environment to focus on myself and my recovery. This has truly been a life changing experience and I feel I’ve been given the tools to succeed and stay sober in the ‘real world’. Katie, the alumni coordinator, keeps in contact and makes sure we’re good to go after we leave, and I’m looking forward to the weekly alumni meetings. If you’re looking for help to get clean and sober, I honestly couldn’t think of a better place to do so.
